| 1927 | Establishment of the factory for automatic controllers by Dr. Erich Kieback and Dipl. Paul Peter in Berlin. |
| 1946 | Recommencement of business in Berlin-Neukölln after the war and the founding of numerous branches and technical offices in the subsequent years. |
| 1959 | Establishment of the Trier works, initially as distribution store. Kieback&Peter production in Berlin and Trier starting from the beginning of the 60's. |
| 1990 | Establishment of five branches and technical offices in the new German states (in Dresden, Rostock, Erfurt, Leipzig and Magdeburg). |
| 1992 | Relocation of the headquarter to a newly built office building at the Tempelhofer Weg in Berlin-Neukölln. |
| 1995 | Kieback&Peter S.A. (France) was founded. |
| 1996 | Inauguration of the new factory building in Mittenwalde, south of Berlin. Moving of the entire production to this new location. Both works cooperate closely.

| 1997 | Founding of Kieback&Peter Regeltechnik GmbH Austria with locations in Vienna, Innsbruck and Graz.
In the years to follow, further foreign subsidiaries arise in other European countries. |
| 2000 | Kieback&Peter employs more than 700 people only in Germany, with further employees in Austria, France, Spain, and Holland. It also has numerous partners in other European countries. |
| 2004 | Founding of the Kieback&Peter subsidiary in Peking in China. |
| 2005 | Extension of the Trier works. Enlargement of the manufacturing area in Trier by 25 per cent.
15 year anniversary of the existence of the offices in the new states of the German Federal Republic. Establishment of the first Italian subsidiary in Brixen Bressanone. |
