- Modern plastic injection molding machine
Kieback&Peter has been located in Trier since 1959. Initially there was only one distribution store. Trier was established at the beginning of the 60's as the second Kieback&Peter production site alongside the Berlin factory.
Trier also remained in production when the new modern Mittenwalde plant was established. Today the Trier plant employs approximately 50 staff.
Production in Trier focuses on machining, especially drive heads are manufactured. Beyond that, the production range covers sensor tubes for temperature sensors, the production of plastic injection moulding parts, the printing of plastic parts with pad printing as well as the printing of technical manuals for all Kieback&Peter products. Also spare parts for old drives are still produced as required.
Metalworking in Trier employs ultramodern CNC technology. The plastic parts are manufactured in state-of-the-art injection moulding machines.
Production processes are optimally coordinated in Trier with the Mittenwalde plant via EDP. Production in both Trier and Mittenwalde is certified according to ISO 9001.
The Trier plant was extended in 2005, increasing production capacity particularly within the area of injection moulding.
