SM202 energy management software module

The SM202 software module is an easy to operate tool for capturing, storing, evaluating and monitoring energy and media consumption. The SM202 receives meter data from the automation stations and the building management system transmits it through standard interfaces such as OPC or ODBC. SM202 delivers evaluations and reports according to different criteria and purposes using this accumulated data pool to support energy management.

SM42 hotel reservation system software module

The SM42 software module provides simple and sustainable energy savings in hotels.

The SM42 software module was developed especially for the hotel industry. It uses the reservation system’s data in order to automatically regulate temperature and climate in the hotel rooms based on its occupancy status.

If rooms are not occupied, all functions such as heating or ventilation are put on standby or completely switched off. If the hotel reservation system gives the information that a guest is expected, the building automation provides the desired comfort. The on-demand control saves a great deal of energy.
