Intelligent Software for comfort and energy efficiency

The SM42 software module was developed especially for hotels. The module creates a connection between the building management system and the hotel booking system, such as Fidelio. This way the control of heating and ventilation of guest rooms is directly coupled to the booking system. As long as rooms are not occupied all systems will be placed on standby. If guests are expected or if the room is occupied all systems will be set so that the guest feels comfortable. This system saves energy and at the same time ensures comfort.
