Building automation optimizes the production and distribution of renewable energy.

The change in energy policies has begun. Renewable energy and environmentally friendly, highly efficient power generators are on the rise. The fact that more and more energy is being produced, distributed and consumed or stored locally is also attributed to the change in energy policies.

Energy sources such as photovoltaic systems and solar panels, heating pumps and combined heat and power blocks (CHP), partially replace conventional power generation plants, and partially supplement these. In addition to this, there are new distribution systems, for local heating and storage systems for example.

The Kieback&Peter systems for building automation and building management are open to new power generation and distribution systems. Building automation ensures that these systems are optimally integrated into the overall system of the building and optimally controlled and regulated. Building automation also allows for easy and efficient monitoring and operating. Last but not least, the impact and success of renewable energy generation facilities in building automation and building management can also be visualized.

Kieback&Peter has already implemented many reference projects in which renewable energy sources are integrated into building automation.
